I really like the idea of the RV Star Link. We have a rather remote cabin and that would make life much easier. Plus we have a camper, so there’s that. Just fyi, your videos constantly capture the attention of my dogs lol. From the opening crow, their ears pop up and they come to look at my iPad screen. They enjoy the nature sights and sounds, and get especially excited when your animals are moving about. Now I have to clean their nose art off of my screen lol, but I enjoy the fact that they enjoy your videos with me.

It has worked well for us. Yesterday we had a VERY heavy rainstorm, and we did lose signal for a couple minutes. But as soon as the rain eased off, it immediately came back. That is the only time we have lost signal.
Beautiful and peaceful surroundings! Love it! We moved last year to beautiful north Idaho to enjoy similar peaceful surroundings. We also did the RV Starlink trick when we first got here. It worked out well for us since there are very limited options around here otherwise and my husband works from home.

Rattlesnakes are common in Arkansas, though no one has ever seen one here in this area. In recent years copperheads have occasionally made an appearance. But I am always snake cautious. Never put feet or hands were I can't see.
