    As someone with neck pain, I so appreciate the focus on neck releases in here! Great cues about my posture in the positions. Also, this is my first video I've watched of yours and "thutt" is giving me life

    I have tried a lot of pilates youtubers and some of the old school videos lately and yours are by far my favourite. easy to modify for my very poor level and your energy is motivating without being overly exciting which I appreciate very much. Please keep the good work, I reaaaallly need your channel to grow.!

Feel free to share it with anyone you like to help it along lol but don't you worry I've got all of June recorded, about half of July and I've already tinkering in my head with a special 30 day challenge for my birthday month in the fall! So you will have LOTS of classes to join me for!

    Excellent as usual but I found kneeling on one leg and lifting the other while supporting myself with one arm and the other up in the air - impossible. Probably because of my age I’m 69 but thank you Kaite is so good.

      Hi Irene Aldred Thank you so much for such a kind response! I really appreciate the support! You are so right though! Single leg kneeling work is CHALLENGING! There are always lots of little modification you can make for yourself. Even if I don't say them in every video, I hope you know that you should do what works for your body! Two ways to modify that particular exercise would be:
      1. Side Lying instead of kneeling - you just lie down on your side, stacking your shoulders, hips, and legs
      2. Standing instead of kneeling- standing up right, put a soft bend in both knees, hands on hips or you can hold onto something for balance (like a chair, wall, counter) then extend to the side whichever leg is being used.
      With either option there may be a few differences but you'll still be working your side body, glutes, and legs. I do have several videos with side lying work. I'll find one and link it below. I actually don't think I've done a standing one yet with that type of exercise... so you've given me a new class to start working on!! :)
      Also, I just want to say that's amazing you are still challenging yourself! I worked with a woman in her 80s who was doing private Pilates classes 3 times a week!! She was incredibly flexible and strong! Life goals there for sure!!
