Helpful hints in Half Monkey Pose can help to relieve tension and pain for those with Sciatica or those who are sitting at their desk too much. This is also a great class for anyone wanting to gain strength and mobility in their wrist and shoulders. Roll out your mat and let's get started!
My name is Kait and I have been teaching group classes for more than 15 years with more trainings than I can count!! My passions are Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Barre! I want you to find JOY in your movement and exercise. We can often take ourselves so seriously, but that's just not my style. It's my hope that you can smile a little as we move together on the mat and you see that working out doesn't have to be painful or boring. I want you to find presence, balance, strength, and confidence in your body and mind each time you jump on your mat. Come practice with me!
