How about turning down Mr Keyboard player. You almost ruin it

Don't forget this is the soundboard mix, which is set for what sounds best "in the room". It can be hit or miss sometimes recording the soundboard's line-out to what you just heard. I've had many cases where the soundboard doesn't have enough bass because it's already plenty loud enough in the room, or keyboards or other instruments too loud or too soft because what's already in the room is just fine. If I got access to the multi-track mix then that's a different story and I can re-mix it to ear's pleasure, but that's rarely available to me unless I pre-arrange something with the venue's sound team. I was lucky to get what I got with enough musician friend help to get me access to the soundboard's line-out.
