Hi Paul- Great weekend shave and razor/lather bowl reviews; thank you! I do enjoy both the Kai and Feather blades, both sharp, but the Feather smoother, for me. The lather bowl looks like it is just the right size for a nice lathering experience and also fits nicely in the hand. Lovely flowers from Mrs H, as always! Many thanks to her. Paul , good morning Sir. I use Kai blades and find them to be excellent. They work very well for me as do Feather. They would be my top two choices for blades . Good morning also to Mrs H. Who did a wonderful job with the flowers, as always !! Both of You have a wonderful day and stay safe

My shave of the day was Feather blade in my R89 Grande, D.R.Harris Windsor soap, Badlands 23mm synthetic tuxedo "Tropical Islands" brush, Boots Freshwood aftershave, and Terre d'Hermes cologne to finish.
Meal of the day is homemade corned beef cottage pie (with a few cans of Madri).
SOTD is PAA Lavender Planet soap, lavender WH, Lavender Planet aftershave balm, then a touch of Ferrari lavender cologne. And I want to give Mrs. H kudos for the great floral arrangement!😊
Hi Paul, greetings from Texas! My SOTD was a simple one. Rockwell 6S with a Rockwell blade, 1st use. Sudsy Soapery Crimson Red, soap, aftershave and balm. I never miss on the Alum, just because I enjoy it. 3+ passes then on to the TV to watch the Open Championship from Royal Liverpool, Hoylake, England! Beautiful floral arrangement from Mrs H, as usual!
A work colleague was at the Open Championship, amazing day he said 🙂
You used a Kai blade in "Edwin Jagger DE89L | Razorock XXX Shaving Soap" from 4 years ago. Great shave and thanks for the channel!
Oh and another thing I just remembered Paul . I have heard that Kai blades are slightly wider that all other blades. This would make them a bit more aggressive and the fact that they are very sharp ! Food for thought
I've heard that from a few different sources and would have to agree. Both feather and kai are beautifully sharp but a tad more agression with the kai because of that extra exposure.
Hey now Paul and Mrs. H.! It is an overcast cool day here in the Harz mountains. A bit of respite from the heat. I also have a nice custom bowl my wife bought for me from a local potter. I love it. I used some Goodfella's smile Furiah shave soap today. In combination with the cube from PAA, it was a great menthol start with a unique urban scent. Reminiscent of burning incense. The lather is great, I thought it was tallow, but it isn't. I used Sebamed aftershave balm. I don't know if you've tried it Paul, but it is really great. Hi Mr H, greetings from the Jersey Shore USA. This weekend we went with a 1959 Gillette 195 Fatboy with a feather blade with shavedad spumoni shave soap. For me personally, Feather blades shave the smoothest for me. I like Gillette blue also. Love to you and Mrs. H. Your videos make my week , every week.

Nicely done Paul💈💈 I find KAI blades just as sharp as Feather blades but a bit smoother, both in the same realm though. Can't go wrong with Stirling soap/splash/EDT, top tier products all around. Heavenly flowers today, thanks Mrs H. SOTD: Tallow & Steel "Echoes of Rain" soap/splash, Capt. Choice synth brush, PAA Copper "Ascension" razor w/Polsilver blade, alum, witch hazel and AV 5in1 balm to end...Stunning! Great video and results in today's shave, thanks. Enjoy the start to a new week and the Sunday meal.

Good morning Paul, beautiful flowers by MrsH as always. I tried the Kai blade didn’t agree with me. SOTD will be Gillette Heritage Razor, Rapira platinum deluxe blade,Yaqi 30mm tuxedo brush, Bivea shave cream, Blue Stratos aftershave and Nivea fresh kick balm. MOTD will be pork Loin medallions, jacket potato and salad. Enjoy your day my friends all the best 👍🏻
Very nice shave Paul love my Stirling Barbershop soap great scent as for razor blades I prefer Kai’s over Feather much smoother for me.
Hi Paul! Great shave as always. It’s my understanding that Feathers are sharper but Kai blades are slightly wider and so increase any razors blade exposure.

Nice shave. MOTD will a pork shoulder roast done 10 hours in the crock pot. Shredded for pulled pork sandwiches. Cole slaw and cold beer. Take care all.

Good morning 😃☕.I used the shaving cream with cedarwood and sandalwood today.The scent and properties of the soap are awesome🤩.The head of the razor reminds me of the Mühle R89 🤔.

Great shave. Ive heard kai blades are very comparable to feather blades. And the soap was nice. I tend to like the barber scents. My sotd was my pearl k2 with a derby blade. I used Fine American blend soap and after shave. You and mrs h have a good sunday

I have a very similar razor which comes from Medline Instruments in Canada. Medline sells things to hospitals, so I guess mine is meant for shaving patients for surgeries.
Barbershop I hold as my favorite sent, i love it 😊 and i used them KAI-blades, and i just always say they are nicer than the Feather, great shave to look on too, always smooth and nice 🎉🎉. Take care.
Nice shave Paul. The razor's head looks similar to Maggard V3A or the qshave that you tried a couple of years ago.

Respectfully, I think Feather blades are the best on the market. However, like it's been said that's just my research and findings.
Kai and feather are very similar. The think the only difference is feather blades are smooth
