    I just glanced at some of the comments and was disappointed. I found your style of interviewing to be friendly and warm. You asked terrific questions and waited patiently for an answer without interrupting your guest. I don’t know why people thought they had any business being critical. If they are unhappy with what they are watching, they can simply watch something else. I plan to continue enjoying your videos. Love from Vermont.❤️

      Thanks Rebekah, in a world of short attention span a slow talker with patience might not always make the cut, but I am glad you enjoyed the conversation.
      We also have the Episodes on all other Podcast Platforms.
      Thanks for tuning in!

    Nina is such a great talent and full of life. The interviewer sounds very monotone and bored. His voice needs to show some excitment.

    It's too bad, a so called normal life is really overrated. but I guess to each his or her own.

    • @hanneshennche
      @hanneshennche  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Define normal?
      I think normal is always a cultural and circumstance definition. What is normal in 2024 looks like Sci Fi for someone from 1924

    nice interview but i have a diffrent opinion of what makes people watch a short video or a long video or a video in general - the longer the video you needed more trust from the viewer.
    when i watch a new creator i give him time to build trust/credit with me, but also my bull*hitradar is on alert - i get it that the ultimate goal for creators is to live of YT and other platforms but the creator needs to maintain trust/credit to the subject hes presenting (from my point of view).
    More and more people getting good at it to spot BS from good reasoneble content. And if the trust lvl is there even a not so good video is easy to "forgive" (lack of a better word).
    A word of cretic - ad times its hard to understand you both almost as the mic is closed to early but im not an expert in this subject- its not to the lvl to get annoying but as a podcat the audio is more important then the video in my opinion.
    2nd the topic of diffrent produce quality is a intressting one. Maybe consiter a follow up on this topic.
    Overall nice podcast from both of you.

    • @hanneshennche
      @hanneshennche  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Appreciate the in depth response. Definitely agree on the trust piece, since no one likes to waste their time. My goal is not to live of these Videos but rather provide value to the next generation of Chefs coming up, since we live in such a niche career and it is not always easy to get a foot in the door. So we just like to share best practices and we explore those in longer interviews. I do believe there is a place for these, for the right Chef in their career these Episodes can mean tens of thousands of dollars additional income per year if they do it right.
      Thanks for tuning in and taking the time to write some helpful feedback. Will check on what happened to the mics. Audio is def super important.

    Nina is super, great pace and thought flow. This could have been a 30-35 minute interview, but this pace is way toooooo slow. Pick it up... with only 300 subscribers, you haven't bought any loyalty for long vids.
