Ballerina Farm Grilled Mozzarella Sandwiches

- Making fresh mozzarella, pesto and sourdough to make the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich. After making the sourdough and mozzarella, it was time to make the pesto. Here's what I put in:
2 cups fresh basil
1/4 cup sharp white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
3 cloves garlic peeled
1/4 tsp salt
Ballerina Farm seasoning to taste
Juice from 1/2 of lemon 🍋
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil if necessary.
For the sandwiches! Sourdough bread, fresh mozzarella and then your pesto. Just seer them in a hot skillet with butter until the cheese is melted... then ENJOY 💫

I love seeing the kids gather round, so intrigued by what Hannah is making because that's how you know if it's any good. Simple, clean eating, without chemicals or pesticides. I wish I learned as a child to appreciate my mom and dad's cooking more than I let on.

Children, especially ones this young, have an extremely limited frame of reference. So, as adults, with responsibilities of their own (i.e. bills, career, relationships, household duties, personal health, etc.) they will have a much more solid understanding of just how much actually goes into providing these things for their children.
I grew up in poverty, in a single mother household, with a special needs younger sister. I had to grow up fast. My mother didn't provide anywhere near this type of life because she couldn't. I got bullied at school for not having nice clothes like the other kids....and guess what...I appreciate my mother more now, than I ever possibly could have as a child.

No because when you make it you are doing large batches and also you are doing rollovers of stuff . I cook this way and I freeze stuff and you cannot imagine how much you can do in just 2 weeks ...there is then a menu on your freezer and for diner you say to yourself “ I had a lamb curry yesterday so today it will be just a leek and potato soup “ .
Now you must love cooking and eating and if you are full time at home you can easily mange even more work like dropping and picking up the kids from school . The only thing that really worth investing in because it is very time consuming is for the cleaning so if you have a maid that can come even only once a week that is a great great help and really worth the money .
