After Forever was a great band which I didn´t know about until a few years ago. I get completely mesmerized by anything you do Floor. On a personal level I would say you are a once in a lifetime vocal talent that just hits me in a different way to anything else I have heard before.
Well produced, heavy, progressive! All good qualities which made me a fan back in the day. I think the magazine Metal Hammer wrote an article about After Forever which prompted me to order CDs to my village CD store. Such nostalgia!

Something that you should know about FLOOR JANSEN. She started singing in a symphonic metal band at just 16 years old. After Forever (1995-2009). Then she created a new Progressive Metal band, ReVamp (2009-2016). In 2018 she released a personal Hard Rock project (Northward). In 2012, she was invited by Nightwish to finish their world tour, after the band's second female singer (Annete Olzon) left. In 2013 she became Nightwish's full time lead Vocalist. She is a singing teacher. She sings in Dutch, German, English, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Italian and Latin. She sings Heavy Metal, Trash Metal, Pop, Rock, Symphonic Metal, Arya and Opera. She even sang rap. In March 2023 she launched her first Pop solo album "Paragon". THE BEST SINGER TODAY IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

I used to listen this CD over and over again in my teen years (at a time when there was no internet to watch videos or photos - my only musical ressources where magazines and MTV.
