Here we go, so many comments on how this is going to not work or fail etc and it's been an interesting project with so many things learnt. thanks you all for the input the one thing i like about these projects is you all get involved and are talking and sharing knowledge with each other and myself.......but does it get off the ground??????

Young man, let me congratulate you on many issues in synthesising this craft. The fact that you turned one motor upside down and used a different propeller to cancel out the overall torque and then use the differential torque to steer ,yaw with. That TIG welding on aluminium is perfect in many ways , you are an expert welder. The concept itself is brilliant but perhaps you will introduce a bit more safety for your own sake.
The lateral inertia is much less than the pitching inertia so your weight movement would be different forward and sideways for the same rate of control of the craft so you have to educate your own mind slowly to achieve this. If you had four motors I am sure that you will achieve wonders. My heartiest congratulations. All our schools should have a brilliant educator like you to show young students at an early age the beauty of science and engineering as they are the only components which created comfort in our homes. Just look after yourself in your enthusiasm.
Incidentally at 0:15 you mentioned Gyroscopic effect, well normally the effect that you are referring is a torque effect and Gyroscopic effect is another issue related to gyroscopic precession. Still , you know exactly what you are doing and you seem to have science in your blood as you feel the beauty of the Universe phenomena which many other " scholars do not ever generate!"

I was fortunate enough to have a man like this (who spoke a little quieter) teach a physics class literally about rocket science. We had to do everything from conceptualize, design, build, and safely return a rocket between 1.5 and 4 feet in length to the ground while reaching an altitude of about 100 feet in the air while keeping the payload (1 chicken egg safe), all powered off of a combination of pressurized air and water with the base material being 2 liter soda bottles. Ah, I loved that class. And may I add that was just one of several chapters he taught us. Funny thing, the most use he had for our textbooks were to prop up experiments with them. He taught complex subjects, just in actually applicable ways. He was like here is how NASA simulates parachute deployment, here is how to shrink it down and do it in the hallway outside of the room, and here is how you safely FAIL in the event something goes wrong. Yes, we had projects litteraly explode, no, no one was hurt because we had failsafes in place. You can be crazy, safely.

+Cr125stin pulse jet is heavy because it must be made out of stel it needs propane to run (propane tanks are too heavy) (on gasoline it can run too but then it don't have too much power) and propeller is stronger that why this is dump idea

If you flip one rotor upside down, don't you then get one rotor creating downforce and one creating lift? Please explain the physics behind this a bit more...

So a propeller is basically a wing. Obviously wings only work when they have air flowing over them, and in a propeller we do this by rotating them.
How does a wing work? Well, it sits at an angle to the airflow. When the air hits it, it will be pushed downwards and because physics (see: conservation of momentum), this will push the wing and everything attached to it in the opposite direction (hopefully up!). This is why (some) aircraft can still fly upside down.
This all means that if you rotate a propeller in one direction, it will push the air down, or in the other direction, it will push the air up. Obvious enough. _However_ if I now flip the propeller - almost like a mirror image - rotating it in one way will now push air *up*, and the other way will now push it back *down*!
the propellers probably rotates opposite ways so that they both create lift
its not the prop, you need the rotation direktion otherwise the craft, or what ever its called, will turn in mid air or will be not very stable

Awesome awesome! Carbon fiber is really easy to work with. Wet lay-up and vacuum bag to a mold or vacuum resin infusion (a little more complex). The carbon is expensive but if you can swing it it's worth it. It lays up just like fiberglass.

Just found the channel today, really enjoying the videos. A tip about aluminum I think you might want to look into on your next build. Rivnut inserts, they are wonderful little rivet type objects that actually make a metal thread into thin wall aluminum tubing.
Then you can have a threaded hole in aluminum that you can take your bolt in and out a bunch of times without worrying about damaging the threads.
I've been watching your stuff for as long as I can remember. For some reason, maybe the music and editing, this video really shows your genius and ingenuity more so in my opinion than anything else you've put up. Keep making crazy stuff good sir!

There is a slight problem in inverting the motor, it also inverts the thrust :) and flipping the propeller doesn't change that, only reduces its efficacy.
Also it is an inherently unstable design in two axes that unless you can balance it by shifting your weight while balancing the two motor thrust. The design is problematic :)

+Hecarim But he is right, in order for this to work he has to buy and install a mirrored version of the propeller. I hope he thought of that, else it won't possibly work.
Ok, on 4:34 you can see, that he has two opposite handed propellers on the engines, so he really thought of it ;)
+R5skillz Flying is highly researched topic and dynamic balance calculations are grade-school level physics... so there's no need to try to guess when you can rely on math and calculations and experiments done by others way before him to know it's going to be unstable.
