@@sakycwd No, they're on the shirt collar, not lapels. The eagle, globe, and anchor goes on the lapels. But there should also be full-size rank on her coat shoulder straps. Then they magically appear in the next shot when they come down the stairs.
Harm may have been a nice guy but with the way he sometimes treated Mac was wrong. This one was too. Its a shame that writers didn't push them together

Season 5 was such a good season and this episode was one of the better ones. The writers really screwed up Harm/Mac relationship in later seasons.
