Thanks for the in-depth walkthrough! We’re going in September, so I’ve been watching many reviews. What time did you take the footage of the pool area & it was empty? One review said to get out early to get lounge chairs bc they fill up fast.

Is there allowed smoking areas in this resort?
Good Morning, while we were there smoking was permitted. However, the laws in Mexico changed just a few days after we departed. We are non-smokers and it is not something we inquired about for future stays. I apologize that I am not able to give you a better response.
