Totally different. yhe headlights totally different more aggressive rear on the urus with the small taillights. the only thing being shared is the engine and some other parts used from VW. but come on dude put them together and besides the shared chassis they don't even look the same.
Have you had any rear differential issues yet as an Audi owner myself the RSQ8 has a problematic rear sport diff and it’s best you service it before 40k miles wether it’s suggested or even if they tell you that’s unnecessary. Eventually it will crap out and they will say oh wow your the first we have seen do this 😅 and they will play stupid and act like your driving is to blame like they do to me . Please consider I have nothing to gain from telling you this .
