I’m a senior at MSU. I’ve been smoking marijuana for five years. I’m on day 2 of no smoking and solely drinking water. I’m hungry and I want to smoke. However- I have faith in God. The signs are on the wall for me ,im taking a turn to better my life im tired of being dribbled by the devil , lust , procastination and low self esteem. I’m bless, I never believed 40 days and 40 nights fasting is actually possible by human. Have done 7 days, and I have tremendous testimonies, I encountered Holy Spirit like never before, the path to my destiny was covey to me by God, I got heal of skin disease of 17 years after my fast. Jabulile Mwape yes i didn’t eat solid food and oil food. I only ate fruits. Banana, Apples, plantains, cherry and water. But if this is your first time fasting, you can’t fast that long, just fast for a short period and groom a fasting life style then Gradually you increase the length of fast.

9-11-23 I'm watching this video for the first time. I had fast for 3 days a little over a week ago. I was confused about a lot of things in my life. I didn't eat, i didn't get on social media and I limited my my talking on the phone. I prayed, I read the Bible and meditated on his word. I prayed whenever God put it on my heart to pray. So if I was at my desk, I prayed, in my car I prayed. The 3rd day God brought me to Ecclesiastes. I needed it, it explained so much that had me stuck in life. God is real...he's not done with me. We stray away from God and really become confused in life. Doubting, questioning, not wanting to live, thinking less of yourself etc. As soon as you open that word, you'll see and understand what's going on in your life. I believe fasting makes things even more clearly. Prayer connects you more too, its like having good communication in relationships. You won't have confusion, hurt, pain, doubt, lack of faith etc. God be with us.

Dr. Munroe messages of Prayer and Fasting is giving me a new revelation and prospective of fasting. It is January 12 2023 and I just started fasting and his messages are helping me immensely. This great man of God is still equipping the saints almost a decade after of going home to be with our God.

I have learnt about fasting from true man of God Dr Munroe MHDSRIP. I was able to do a 3 day fast last month after listening to his videos. Now am on day 3 of my 7 day water, cranberry juice and herbal tea fast. I am reading the bible and watching his videos and i am feeling up beat. Definitely paying the price by pushing the dinner plate away. I am asking God to change my life and get me out of this pit i am in right now.

After I hear this message for first time I got annointing to fast again was funny because I cooked all day longer and save for all week and guess what I started the 40 days in the same day. I gave my entire food away and by the grace of the Lord I finished my 40 days so, less than 6 month I sold a property that was to sell for years and bought a house that I was waiting for years.

I am from Canada and our country is in such a mess politically (although the hair looks nice lol), spiritually, economically, ethically, etc. I have discovered Dr. Munroe in January and have been blown away by his teachings. I am starting my fast tomorrow on March 1 and am allowing God to use me to influence change in my life, my marriage, my daughter's life, my husband's life, our community filled with such turmoil, and our country. Let us all pray for the Holy Spirit to build up our faith and keep us strong throughout our fast.

This is beautiful and helpful! The only thing I will say is please dont get discouraged if all you canndo is a fast from 8pm until 12 pl the next day..or if you can only skip one meal. Personally speaking I don't feel led to undertake a 21 day no food fast. I offer my 16 hour a day fast with all my heart AND implement the concepts he is speaking of... spending time with Christ, no tv, etc. I believe God finds pleasure in this because it's what I can do and am offering him wholeheartedly, for now. If you were eager to start your skip breakfast or skip dinner fast, and youre coming from a place of food addiction where you were eating nonstop daily (also me) then dont get discouraged because that *is* a fast. ❤ april 2023

Started 7/25/2023 it's 8/2/2023 DAY 9 AND I FEEL GREAT!!!..no food is an amazing feeling, Dr. Munroe is right yesterday was DAY 8 and I stayed at the gym for almost 2 hours praying while I work out, focusing on GOD and my form/reps.. then had a burst of energy to walk around the track 5x's, pray, petition and meditate...This journey has been more than enlightening IT WAS NECESSARY for the obstacles and path I want to take.. Keep up the good work to everyone AND DO NOT GIVE UP.. OUR BODY OUR POWER OUR GOD!!

Watching this on my 3rd day of 21 fasting really my first time and I needed this ❤️.May God see me through and show me his mighty glory in my life .
44:02 God is praying to God. One day I thought about it and I asked in my heart how could God pray to himself and talk to himself. As I was going through my Bible I landed on Exodus 34:5-7 which clearly showed me God speaking to himself and calling out His name. I was amazed. God surely speaks.
God is talking to Moses in Exodus 34:5-7
Also when he said God was praying to God. It was really Jesus praying to the father who are both Gods. Christ is the son of God which makes him a God also that were the confusion lies both are God's but not the same. Psalm 50 says for their are many Gods. 2 Corinthians 4:4 says Satan is the God of this world.
More ministers need to preach on fasting. It is SO very effective in deepening our walk with God!

I'm beginning a 3 day water only fast with my church today. I need strength, determination. My family ( grand daughters, neice) are in trouble, making unwise life decisions. Praise God for prayer & fasting

This is the best message I have heard on fasting and I am in my 70's. So much clarity was revealed. I am on a 21 day fast with my chuch but I am doing the Daniel Fast and for the next 5 days, I will ask God to help me deny food and take in water and tea so I won't become dehydrated.
I am listening to this service from my hospital bed in bara south africa beliving God to heal me and my son just diagonise with bladder cancer and with me heart problems

In the past, I did a 59 day supervised fast to try to heal my chronic colitis. I was a big challenge. I drank juice i juiced myself and broth I made. Had to do enemas to keep peristalsis going. Since then, I have fasted here and there, plus regularly intermittent fast. I was listening to one of these videos the other day and decided to fast for 3 days. I made it just a few hours shy of the 3 days. It was very challenging. Got a bad headache, felt weak. I even read from the bible which is a new thing for me. I'm going to keep trying, to keep increasing my faith and commitment to God and accepting my life and my calling. I am hoping to work up to longer fasting times without the headache and get more clarity in communicating with God.
Even in his afterlife. He continues to work in our lives. God bless you Pastor and may God bless your family.

Spend more time with God and less time with people. Hmmm. Dr. Myles Munroe is resting in the bosom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ but his teachings still echoes around the world. What a great man he was. May God continue to uphold his beautiful children and all the saints. Amen
