Context of the song.
the little fichtl is a Gnome, living in a tree and named after the Fichte(spruce) and he warns the humans if they don't care about nature then nature will fight back or mother earth will die... That's the lyrics but the two guys making this song are funny guys playing with clichés of Bavarian music and it worked well ^^
