½ cup peeli moong daal ( 100 g )
½ cup laal masoor dal ( 100 g )
¼ cup oil ( 60 ml )
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 green chillies
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
½ turmeric powder
1 tsp crushed chilies
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
¼ tsp Nigella seeds
¼ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp mango powder
2'pinch salt
1-2 tsp lemon juice
8-10 Moti mirch
2-3 tbsp desi ghee
