Imagining Youth-Centered Communities - A Dialogue with Youth

May is National Adolescent Health Month™ (NAHM™)! For NAHM 2024, the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) hosted a youth dialogue on adolescent health.
NAHM 2024 focused on the principles and goals of OPA’s Take Action for Adolescents - A Call to Action for Adolescent Health and Well-being. Take Action for Adolescents™ includes eight goals, including increasing youth agency and youth engagement and building safe and supportive environments for young people. This dialogue elevated the perspectives of young people on what is needed to build communities that will help them be healthy and thrive now and into the future.
