The Lancer Compact Sedan is available in 5 different trim levels including ES, SE, GT, Ralliart, and EVO. But it's the SE that is exclusively equipped with Mitsubishi's AWC system. The engine is a 2.4 liter 4-cylinder MIVEC unit that makes 168 horsepower and 167 lb-ft. of torque. The CVT transmission helps the Lancer SE net 22 MPG in the city and 29 MPG on the highway. The All-Wheel Control System can be set to 2WD, 4WD, and 4WD Lock for the slipperiest of conditions.
The 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer SE is really built for the cold weather states and besides the 4WD system the car comes with 2-level heated seats and heated side mirrors.
