Thank you for mentioning that 5 alfa reductase inhibitor doesn't play a role in treating prostate cancer (was going to ask you about that😅) and something strange happening recently in my pathology lab where there's an alarming increase in the rate of prostate cancer cases diagnosed, we transitioned from receiving yearly only 2 cases of radical prostatectomy procedures straight to 15 !
