As I was told many years ago....... your a pro when you can fix your own mistakes! Nice job! I got a tangerine candy coming up on a bagged crew cab dually, I’m kinda pumped to get into. Should be a good challenge and A ton of real estate to cover.
I’ve been in auto body and frame is a combination man and the frame tech for 30 years beautiful paint job. It’s nice watching someone who knows what they’re doing. It looks easy and I know it kind of is after years of doing it, but I also know it’s a pain in the ass, especially when you try hard and you either slap the vehicle with the hose or in your case you lean into it and you have to go back and fix it. People don’t realize how long it takes for prep work and the amount of these custom colors.
That nervous humming lol So much prep guys tend to rush to the last coat of clear, just gotta slow down and remind yourself of all the fuc ups from the past and not repeat them. My last little clear coat dots were from tugging the hose and it spit some of the water from the wet floor on my door! Lol That's why I love bc/cc you have a chance to fix it before you commit to the clear....Not like a single stage, you old timers need to switch 😂 over.
I've been following progress on the C-10 from the beginning. You have got MAD skills. I am assuming the Candy coat is catalyzed as you color sanded it. Love the Corvette dash.
I use 3 different ones there all Iwata LPH 440 2.0 primer gun, Super nova LS 400 1.4 for metallics and a WS EVO 400 1.3 candy/clear coat gun they are kick a$$ guns very high transfer rates waste very little paint.
Man I love that color. One bad looking truck. Love your work. Mark Tennessee
I really hope this guy blows up his content is amazing.

Wow that color is 🔥. Sweet work.

That’s a great work you’ve done there. I’ll be painting my truck like that as well. Just have to find someone to do it for me here in southern CA

What did you do for a living before TH-cam? I'm guessing body shop because you seem to be pretty darnn good at that. It has been fun following along!
