Hi, I am getting error messages when trying to share or download and view downloaded mp4 clips from my Hikvision NVR. The only way I can view the clips is within the Hikvision app or directly on NVR. How can I download a clip and share it to someone on via text message to view on their iphone and how can i email a clip for someone to view on their computer? These seem like basic functions. Please let me know if you have any ideas. My NVR model is DS-7608NI-I2/8P
i export same as u did but when i check USB it is empty and as u see there is a QUTATION mark in the hard icon of you same mine and not exported what is the problem?
I had to export two camera clips, you don't mention anything about knowing how to tell when the export has been completed, is there any indication?

How do you export captures?
Have the same problem when export. All I get is ddl files and no video files to play.
