I have a 2015 same as you Z71 3.6 Michael's was coming up the EVAP and the O2 sensor so I replace both disconnecting the battery reset it and drove it for about an hour before I shut it off had to go couple places return the rental tool for the O2 sensor pick my second set of keys and left it running the whole time then when I went to the second place I shut it off and when I started it to check engine light came on again the back today to the auto parts store and got pwo 3041 and four and code 2 and 3 was po132 MP oo3 1 any help would be appreciated I'm disabled I can't afford anymore after what I've done this month
My 2016 Z71 just turn 47000 miles, same issue and code, is it designed to fail just under 50,000 miles ? Just saying. Thanks for the video, Autozone, here I come..... enjoy the day.................
Mine failed at 47k as well. 2016 Z71 as well. Now at 50k and it happened again. Replaced with factory Bosch the first time and now I'm headed back. WTF.

Sorry for the shaking, it was cold as F@ck! I was freezing, and the gloves only made things worse! But I needed to get this thing fixed!

Can you re-type all of the error codes that you are seeing now? I was having trouble understanding them.

My 2016 z71 colorado has 97000 n I have replaced tht thing twice already !!!
Looks like the life span for tht valve is about 40000 miles !!!
