Per vehicle retail - a measure of how well (or not) a Finance manager is doing based on profit per customer

When I sit down in a finance office, the only topics we’re discussing are the price of the car, tax tags and title, interest rate and the length of the loan. Anything else and I’m walking out.

@@anthonycaligiuri7664 What do you mean why? Because that’s the only thing that goes with the price of the car unless some idiot buyer walks in and allows you to add an additional 10,000 dollars on top of his loan

Why do you act like entitled Karen ? Do you come to these videos because you're a clown and think the dealership cares to lose money if you walk out acting like a jerk? It's an educational video.

Dwright must walk everywhere then, it’s not possible to go into an F&I office and not hear about addition protection for your vehicle. No F&I manager would go through a deal without offering products to help their clients have a better ownership experience. This doesn’t mean you should pay a crazy amount of money too protect your vehicle, but walking out on your best deal (you did shop for best price on the car right?) over hearing about items that you do not have to buy just go pay more for the same car hoping to not hear about the same products there is silly at best.

I bet lots of customers walk away from this guy... He doesn't care about me, he just wants my money...
