Surron Ultra Bee with Honda crf 21 inch front wheel

I decided to try to put a Honda crf 21 inch front wheel onto my Ultra Bee, to save a few hundred dollars from not buying the mainstream solutions (like KKE, or Warp9).
The adapter is made by Charged Cycle Works.
The second hand wheel (from a 2003 Honda CRF250r I think) cost me 130 ish dollars, so all in all, it was a pretty good deal --- other than that one big caveat which I am still working on....

Update: weight measurements:
Original OEM 19 “ front wheel: 13.2 lbs
Honda 21” front with new Mitas E-09 2.75x21 tire: 15.2 lbs
Honda 21” front as bought, 80/100-21 tire: 18 lbs
