I'm having a big problem after installing this rotor bb into my Time ADHX frame. Even after using 3mm of spacers i keep having play in my shimano 12s crank. Only after tightening the cranks enough to remove play they almost won't turn. I feel like the orange rubber seals may be a problem but not sure. If i put preload on the cranks i think the spacers might press on the seals and bearings and the rubber just makes everything stuck. Im a bit clueless of what to do, would you have any tips or help?

what kind of grease did you use?
And how is this BB performing? Are you satisfied with the Rotor BB? What do you think about the quality of the bearings?
