The whole dilemma about who Sophie's father is could've been solved with a blood test. But, it's nice that Sophie took the time to get to know each guy. At least in the end, she didn't care who the father was, and that all three guys shared paternity.
We’ll never know, but I think Harry is Sophie’s dad. He admits that Donna was his first and only love affair with a woman, so it would be the ultimate karma that his “one shot” produced a child. Of course it could easily be Sam or Bill, since Sophie is an artist like Sam, and Bill’s aunt left her money to family. I’d enjoy revisiting these characters every few years.
I think it’s Bill, based on her blonde hair. That’s not a sure-fired indicator but I think the writers included a blonde potential father to visually tip him off. Bill saying that he heard his aunt’s money went to someone in the family doesn’t prove a whole lot either. It’s a delicious riddle.

Donna had MAYBE a day or two of underwhelming intimacy with Harry (and the film frames their time together as meaning way more to him than it meant to her), she was with Sam for a week (sure it COULD happen that fast, but again, the narrative doesn't frame what they had as a healthy relationship), and BILL was the one reliable source of companionship Donna had in that timeframe; swooping in after Sam broke her heart Bill's the dad. MM2 exists to tell us Bill's the dad.
Plus really think about it, which combo would most likely produce Amanda Seyfreid? Cause I doubt the combination of Pierce Brosnan or Colin Firth plus Meryl Streep would result in her
