That’s an awesome transformation.
I didn’t know you could switch to the 3rd gen front face. And it was just adding extra brackets. Overall looks amazing man. Very clean.

This is more of a 2nd gen to whats called the 2.5 gen. facelift.
A 3rd gen front is completely different. Still looks killer.

Looks great. I recently got my first truck, 2018 f150 xlt, and i love it. Whenever i get a new vehicle i plan my next one so i have something to work toward. Torn between a tacoma and a gmc. Tacoma has really grown on me, but gmc trucks are pretty incredible and ive always wanted one. Toyota will never die on me, but id be so happy with gmc i wouldnt care about the problems. Tough to decide, at least i have 5 yrs to figure it out.

Really nice build…just one suggestion would have been to get the truck professionally painted. As this would be a crowd puller when it enters a location. But I understand that working under a budget is a really tough thing.

It turned out to be a wonderful car.
There is a good hack for painting a car outdoors. The point is that while the paint dries on the car, a lot of road dust settles on it. Alternatively, you can moisten the ground under the car and a little around it. This will reduce the number of sand particles that will settle on the paint. In the future, the remaining sand can be removed with a special cutter. It's a rectangular piece of sharpened steel. Afterwards, the entire varnish can be sanded with a grit of P3000 and then polished to a shine.
The result will be almost like in a paint booth

I bought those rims and the same tires for my 2005 and single cab Taco mine has a brand new paint is called quicksand tan paint.
I also will install new led head lights to replace the old ones this video gave me more ideas thanks!

Thanks, Sure I regeared the rear end to a lower gear ratio to improve acceleration and torque to better handle the lift and oversized tires. The gear ratio was a 4.10 fyi
