its actually better that you use craft scissors to cut the hair off rather than proper hairdressing scissors cause cutting so much hair when it isnt wet dulls the scissors, whereas if you use crappy scissors to cut the bulk off, it doesnt matter as much. (Even some hairdressers will use non-haircutting scissors to cut off ponytails to not dull their own scissors)

I thought the middle finger section of that video was meant to be edgy and thought nothing if it at the time till I rewatched it. At the time there was this tend where supposed hair dressers would make videos about people using crafting scissors to cut their hair. One of them was Brad Mondo or something another and he would make reaction videos to people who were clearly amateurs and "call out" all the errors they made. He wasn't always rude about it but often he would over react especially if someone used crafting scissors or what he called 'box dye" for their hair. I think this is why some people (supposedly) commented on Kerosene's video about her using the wrong scissors. I never saw the scissors comments she mentioned but instead people b*tching about the supposed comments or arguing about it. According to some commentors on her most popular death hawk video many of them where only 7-10 years old at the time (of course because lazy sh*tty parents won't watch their kids.) so she should chill with the "f*ck you" since they were just kids and it wasn't that serious to begin with. Also if someone "freaks out" about her's or whoever's hairstyle who cares? No me. People should be allowed to have a preference of hairstyle. People who don't like this kind of hairstyle aren't harming anymore by saying they don't like it.

This is a year later but because my hair is grown out about 2 months from a clean all over shave you do it whenever you feel is comfortable doing your death hawk there’s no rules in that 💛✨
Ugh, I want to do this so bad but I've just spent the last three years growing out my hair from a pixie cut. It was so much work, and now I'm too attached to cut it, haha!!
Instead of a trashcan I use the cape that came with my shaver to put over my counter to catch the hair, or I always buy extra plastic table cloths from the dollar tree or walmart in the party section to use for the mess.
Using a cloth headband can help you get cleaner lines all you have to do is line it up with where you want the edge to be and follow it with your clipper just make sure to use a headband you don't like cuz you will probably cut it with the clipper lol it also helps when your doing designs. Saved my ass more than a few times

The I think the hardest part is cutting the hair towards the back of the head without help or proper lighting.

Always cut longer than you think you'll want first! Like she said, you can't unshave. You can cut it shorter, but you can't cut it longer.

I used Manic Panic's Virgin Snow about four months ago, and since then I've just used a ton of purple shampoo/conditioner.
