This is tricky. Personally in the beginning I never say "Text me" ,"Call me" etc. I always call or text to set the date (Better call..especially if she is over 24-25). Now instead of having control of the interaction you gave it to her and her actions make you unsure. You have to set a date once per week, sometimes women forget or they are not that attracted to you in the beginning. I would call and set the next date after 2-4 days. If she refuses, you move on with your life and make a last effort 2 weeks later.
