Bacon is delicious yey also you don't have to be a chef in order to cook let alone creative. Last I remember the best bbq and creativity come from home not a culinary art school. I'm Black American, also I like Italian, Japanese, Caribbean, and Spanish food also. Rebym no culinary art skills come from none but family.

I actually like using dog in some of these recipes. Here in China, the meat is readily available. Having been born and raised in Britian for 25 years, eating dog is something that had never even crossed my mind before, but it's amazing what other cultures can introduce you too.

You don't need the twine as you will not be handling this so it just unnecessarily squishes the salmon
