Fabulous house, with a lot of imaginative features. I like the size of the study, the hall, stairs and gallery landing, the dressing area, and walled garden. The only thing I would have added is underfloor heating downstairs. This is probably my favourite house that’s been shown. 😊
It's a gorgeous home, the entrance is too open for a residence to me. A big refrigerator in the kitchen for once in a UK home. Also I love the way your other videos are put in chapters or segments
on the same estate as the lovely farmhouse you showed before - a good 'take' on a barn style property, really well laid out, no small bedrooms and loved the master bedroom layout very functional
Stunning property, must be beyond my budget at that size and standard. The only thing that I don't like is the open glazed doors at the front. Whilst they do let in so much light, on a practical day to day living I wouldn't like that anyone could see straight into your home and I wouldn't feel comfortable especially getting up in the night to let the dogs out in my nightwear coming down past the doors. I would have to have blinds on them , maybe those ones that are in between the glazing so that you get some privacy and wouldn't feel like you were in a goldfish bowl.
Couldn't find this particular house model on their website but their prices range from £325,000 to £550.000 so I think this is at that higher end. I just think that if I was paying out that much I wouldn't want to be on a housing estate, in my dreams it would be a detached property with countryside all around it and not other properties. I did say in my dreams lol
