because team USA is basically composed of all-stars top to bottom, or in Jrue and White's case, the most elite role players in the NBA. Losing to any team outside the NBA is unacceptable, friendly match or not. On the other side, the other teams know this and want to say that they beat the best, so they're going to try hard. You can't tell me the level of effort Serbia used against Greece was the same against USA this past week.

I've just heard there are no indoor basketball courts in South Sudan, a country that only gained it's independence from Sudan in 2011. What does not having an indoor basketball court have anything to do with it...these guys were more than likely playing ball outside in parks and backyards way before indoor courts... and also what does being a "new" country have to do with the talent that's there...

Luol Deng funded the team so that they have somewhere to practice indoors. Back in 2016 he did it. Also, there’s 4 of those players in the league! It’s not like they were not good ball players. We are witnessing in real-time how the false media rhetoric and self-hype surrounding Jason Tatum have fallen apart. For a guy who self-proclaimed on national TV that he is a "Once in a lifetime generational player" and that he is the epitome of Kobra Mentality because he spent time training with Kobe Bryant, it is evident that he does not belong on the same court with tier one talent. He has the best seat on the court as a spectator, wasting and stealing valuable minutes from others. I cringe when watching him pretend to play defense. The coaching staff has ZERO set plays for him. He lacks grit and confidence and appears afraid to assert himself. Why did Team USA waste a roster spot on Tatum? Jaylen Brown, similar to the regular season and playoffs, outshines Tatum and should be on this roster.

It’s a new world and a new evolution of humans people living longer and they’re able to do things much longer.
