Bro... he's playing on all ultra settings if he played medium it's like 120 fps smooth

Is it just me or the vsync off version actually worse than the vsync on version?

It kinda depends on multiple factors.
In this version I'm inside the team fights where in the off version i was using sniper from far away. So there was less graphical impact on the off version.
