I'm glad you didn't end the stream immediately after beating the mission into submission-it was fun watching you play with lava at the end, especially when you accidentally made stealth lava and cackled at the result at 56:36 :D
What a treat! I'm excited. The acid rain interaction seemed fairly intuitive to me and I felt the itch to make a side channel so the acid-lava mixture would sorta autoseparate as the condensed acid drains away
You were talking about how lava and acid interact. Maybe acid could turn the lava into stone just like water. Then you don't have that continous acid rain. Maybe you can add something that is so hot it turns adjacent rock into lava, so you can not easily turn lava around it into rock? This way you could still have continous acid rain as an obstacle, instead of just an occasional hazard.
Thanks for the Demo, it's awesome! I love, as I knew I would. I'm always ready for your next game, ever since playing Creep World 1 on Armor Games many years ago.
Is there a place set up for feedback / bug reports yet? I have been a big fan of your series since CW1 - I even managed to beat the final world without using the ship (except for the absolute final step). Keep up the good work. You are an inspiration for me in my own game design ideas.
Looks like, or I hope, that this is taking the best qualities from your games so far. The empowering gameplay from creeper 2, moddability from creeper 3, modular ships from particle fleet... Now it just needs an helicopter as an easter egg 😂
So hyped about this game, been a big fan for ages, wasn't that enthusiastic about the whole 3D scene (although it was still great fun) but this just takes me back!
Is the acid vapor lossless? I mean when acid vaporizers, does some of it disappears? Or some lava disappears? If not, it does open opportunity for mini game - build perpetuum mobile physics simulator with epic infinite loops.

Love the look so far, and the technical talk and the boiling acid. I'd love for you to keep it

Pathfinding really is the final boss of strategy game design.
I love your games - power rings, terps, all of it. They're amazing. Looking forward to this one.
Perhaps you could make it so that any pixel of acid gets neutralized when damaging two/three or more blocks, this way it wont continiously deal damage
which is how acid would work irl as it becomes dilluted
@@jayes5066 precisely, that is why I sugested the mechanic
I like the demo, but I love your Dad!

Perhaps lava could melt stone back into lava

Missed the stream live but wanted to leave a comment to say how much I love all your games and looking forward to this one too!

That main menu background art is MARVELOUS
Be better if it just continued getting smaller, but it comes back.

Hello. Long time no see.
Is the acid vapor lossless? I mean when acid vaporizers, does some of it disappears? Or some lava disappears? If not, it does open opportunity for mini game - build perpetuum mobile physics simulator with epic infinite loops.
You are live
Audio sounded fine to me.
i got 1500 hours in CW4, any plan about CW5?
