BCS tractor Clutch adjustment

BCS clutch cable adjustment: applicable for most BCS/Grillo walk-behind tractors. NOTE: the video shows BCS clutch lever and cable, however all the details are the same for Grillo EXCEPT wrench sizes are different for adjusting bolt and lock nut on Grillo.

I adjusted the clutch handle but still too much grinding when shifting. I think it is in the clutch gears. Anyone knows a video about this problem in this kind of tractors?
