Uday (Siddharth) is a rich and spoilt brat who believes in short term pleasures. Sandhya (Shamili) is a loner who lives on her own. She is a responsible girl with long term plans and strict principles. Uday falls in love with Sandhya at the very first sight. And she joins her place as a paying guest. When everything is going well, Uday comes to know that Sandhya is suffering from cancer and her days are numbered. But Sandhya is not aware of it. The rest of the story is all about how Uday makes Sandhya realise all her unfulfilled wishes.

I never used to watch Telugu movies but i started recently after meeting a couple of new Telugu friends from AP at work. Swami Saranam, What a great emotional movie. Literally, still today (March 2022) i am crying while watching this movie😢😥😢. Especially, that last scene/Birthday wishes scene (and 2:35:08 ) gets very very emotional😪🤧🤧. Hundred's of times has been watched in the decade when it was released. Each and every single time, it makes me cry very badly😭😭😭.

What a movie it is....❤❤❤❤. Such a sweet painful story... Each and every scene is awesome The picturization was wonderful and the actors also lived in the characters. I still don't understand why sometimes god does this in life... And what painful it is to see our loved ones dying frot of us...after them we just stay not live i guess 😢..I don't get why this movie failed in those times...it's a very cute ,lovely movie without any vulgarity, or any nonsense dialogs, what a pure love story...every character had an importance ❤....last scene literally I got tears from my eyes 😭..Thanu challnipokunda undalsindi

Back when I remebered this movie where Siddarth travels in a ship, Vegetable Vinayaka, Chatrapati Villain, Insurance Sunil in my childhood about 10 years back.
Now, I feel this movie completes a circle especially with Yuvan's Magical voice, brilliant script writing, excellent cinematography, the birthday scenes deserves a special mention :)
