Definite Vindication James, would not be surprised if RE have seen & heard of your channel. Plus the number of warranty claims on reg/rectifier's breaking down. I know anyone who obtains extension cables full monty kit from you recieve alot of support through the videos you forward with each set of cables. Keep up the Great work, I have now reahed a point that I have upgraded & modified the bike to address the main issues that you highlight in your channel👍
Tis My bike! Chris from West Wales as was the previous photo where I've added the nuts as spacers for the Rec/Reg. Relocate Rec/Reg done. Remove Charcoal Canister done. Air injection delete done. TEC headers added to my TEC silencers done. Thanks again for the Full Monty James!
Well done James. You should have patented the idea. I wonder why Enfield put it where they did! You only have to look at bikes from the late 60’s to see that the Zener diode was mounted up front. I think they’re in your dept.
The new Bear has an underslung exhaust cat box in the same area that the INT/GT reg/rec lives. That wouldn't end well, would it? Good job RE are paying attention to your TH-cam channel. 😇
Hi James, l have a super meteor, it is situated under the engine. I would have bought your conversion kits but they have changed the wiring on the rectifier 😢. Nice too see they have changed it on the bear. Chris.
@@cyelland5064 they sure did. The RR is still in the daft place. If you send me close-up pix of your RR and especially the block connector (which plugs straight into the RR with no wires on the RR itself), then I can look at a plug and play kit for it
I actually just yesterday moved mine from the under yoke position where it's been since you first sold the cables however long ago, to there. Just for a change.😂
Hi There , Great content thanks , can you tell me please if your regulator extension kit would fit a royal Enfield Himalayan scram 411, cheers all the best Mick.
@@amshootez It is! I developed this mod over 14 months ago and have sold lots of them. Nice to RE have seen the error of their ways! lol. Not so for the many thousands of GT and Interceptor owners out there….but that’s where my Full Monty Kit comes in………
My only problem with Royal Enfield has been that as much as quality has improved, they don’t seem to be able to “rectify” problems. Maybe that’s beginning to change.
Hi ya , they have moved it because they have put the cat in its place , did you notice the extended front guard to protect it , i think its better under the yoke , i know in india they have a number plate in front but theres still plenty of air circulation
It just proves your initial thoughts on the location of the RR were correct. And also the location you chose for remounting was also spot on. Top marks for being ahead of the game. 👍 So, what’s the favourite for the next official mod? Yamaha style switch gear or A Gremlin Bell? We await with baited breath.😅
Another good video. How much is the kit to relocate the reg/rec? I'll be doing this mod myself over the winter. Apologies if it's already been asked before!
Well it takes people like james to make a better place to put the rectifer in decent place the enfeild watch the video on what he has done boom we will do that copy this dude
I remember the old Triumphs had the zener diode in a big aluminum heat sink mounted under the steering head.

New location for RR unit is the first thing I noticed.
Royal Enfield Should have done this with INT and GT in 2018 itself
