Post BMT Complications & GvHD - Dr Anusree P

One of the most critical factors to the success of any BMT is GvHD and post transplant complications. It is important from a patient perspective to understand this whilst taking the decision to go ahead with Allogeneic Stem cell transplant. About the Speaker: Dr. Anusree Prabhakaran is an extremely talented, young and dynamic hematologist. She has completed her MBBS, MD Internal Medicine and Clinical Hematology degree from very reputed institutions like PGIMER, Chandigarh. Dr. Anusree also attended the BMT fellowship program from TMC, Kolkata under Dr. Mammen Chandy.
A top-ranking student in her entire career of Medicine, starting with the Best Outgoing student of MBBS, Torrent young scholar award in 2011, She has been a part of several research projects also.
Currently, Dr. Anusree works as a consultant - Clinical Hematology at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune.
