At 2:19 Paulo statess in the Klingon subtitles that he may also discard one Citizen Card, Machine Token and/or slot module from the display. The rules in a single player game (page 15 yellow box) states any number of they, not just one.

At about the 35 minute mark when you changed your explored tile, you didn't take back the advancement on the grey track. That also means you unlocked the grey machine space prematurely at about the 40 minute mark.

note added for the first goof... the other isn't technically a goof since that was the board the state at that time even if it came from a goof... can't be making notes of all those things because then there would only be notes on the screen instead of gameplay

This game looks fantastic, but this video is a bit of a mess... The rules flew out the window!
