For example in one "commerical" port in Sri Lanka which China took for 100 years. They are not putting their ships like Type 052D instead of tankers or container ships.

What makes you think deep sea port must be used for warship and not be used for trade? if i am host country, i prefer a deep sea port which can help bring in large cargo ship or oil tanker for large trade activities and not shallow port for fishing. If those Chinese can handle and manage the port well, i dont see any problem as long as it follows local law and can bring in trade. Only those people who are suspicious of China will think these ports are solely for warship.
