  • Ingredients (6 pieces): 5 medium potatoes, 1 large onion, 30 g of simoline flour, salt, black pepper, Provencal herbs, 50 ml of olive oil, 450 g of yeast dough, 1 egg, 200 g of tomato in our own sauce, 100 g of mozzarella , basil.
    Preparation: grate the potatoes into thin slices. Finely chop the onion. Sprinkle potatoes and onions with simolina. Add salt, pepper and Provencal herbs. Add 20 ml of olive oil. Mix well. Cover the baking form with parchment. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Place potatoes in the middle. Align the edges to form a rectangle. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, roll out the yeast dough, slightly larger than the potato rectangle. Spread the dough on the baked potatoes. Trim the edges and smooth with your hands. Pierce the entire surface of the dough with a fork. Break one egg in a separate bowl. It is good to coat the dough with egg on all sides.
