😃 balcony area dikhaya toh h aur waise b our flat has terrace attached to it and flat is under construction, this was a sample one with balcony but without terrace.. In future we will show that too..

Thank you🙂. For your stay area depends on your requirements like you want malls/clubs/restaurants nearby or calm peaceful place to live also considering short stay airbnb will be a better option!
Thank you for your replay. Actually I intend to migrate so that the purpose to do survey for business and residence to be convinient according to the location.
@@goldysongs again what sort of of business it depends. I will suggest first visit for 2-3 weeks take airbnb nearby the centre of city explore areas and then finalize.

Yes it's ok to invest but quite far from city at present
Nanded city is far from city but still cost 80 Lakh for 2 bhk

Not branch jobs bt need to know abt jobs @ corporate offices

watching the first video for the first time from your channel. But sorry to say, the vlog was not informational, you should at least share the price per Sqft. just the plain video of layout wont help anyone.
This was just a vlog(not an informational video), also I am not a real-estate person. Although will create more videos related to other information as per my knowledge and research as many people have requested so.

3 bhk should cost anywhere from 1.10cr onwards in good locality with atleast 1000sqft carpet area. Area wise rate will differ but won't be cheaper than this.

Dont invest on ur own .watch rera for project details .its not easy as we think .so many legal things involved .so dont invest anywhere blindly .also ask builder to show u actual site rather than this sample flats .cause reality is different from what they show to buyers.
