GREAT for how to AVOID clogs, but HOW can I get rid of them without buying new sprayers??? Of my 16 NUVO mica sprays, only 3 work. I have taken the sprayer off of the bottle and soaked them in hot water to no avail. Do you have a tip for helping me to clear out the spraying mechanism??? LOVE YOU LOTS!! Sarah E.

I too would love to see a video about how to unclog a bottle that has mica in it, and also how to unclog a bottle (one of the more expensive ones, that have a open/close tab at the neck of the bottle and a hook type nozzle) unclogged so I NEVER do it again, PLEASE?! Thanks.

Excellent tips, as I found my mica did get clogged and ruined some of the more expensive bottles that I had. I had heard that cutting the tubes at a angle at the bottom of the bottle and about 1/4th up also helps the mica from getting up in there. I hope that is true because I believe this woman as she is artist and very good. Thumbs up!

Good advice for keeping the straw clear. Another tip I saw for keeping the nozzle clear is to turn the bottle upside down and give a few pumps in the spray box until nothing but air comes out. Turning it upside means the bottom of the straw should be exposed. Pumping it should then clear only the product remaining in the straw. If you can do that, you’ll be sure no product is left in the nozzle.

hello,
you sad in this clip that the pigments sink down but in the clip "th-cam.com/video/S8kUZMzG-Co/w-d-xo.html" for ink pad you sad this pads can store them how you want.
The pigments and the liquid in the ink pad sink down because the gravity / attraction. If i store the pads on head then are the pigments and liquid at the top. The ink pads from one Manufacturer have a technik in the ink pads that rotate the pad with the face down and store the pads automatically on head.

Thx. Do u have any tips to bring delusions paints back to their original consistency after they curdle? I saw on another site to try acrylic pouring medium but am afraid to try it. Love the paints but they change consistency
I would contact ranger directly and see what their advice is
I love Dylusions paints!! Make sure you add plenty of water after each daily use. I go thru my paints once a month to check how fluid they are. Add water to correct fluid consistency. I’ve never had one get thick. But if so, add water and stir with stick. Check again next day and do the same, adding water. Continue daily until correct consistency.

You mentioned you have two sets of the Nuvo, do you store on on your shelf so it looks pretty, and one in the drawer and you use that one? Thanks for sharing!
Yes I do, but that's just because of my Nuvo wall and my work :-)

No i havent had that happen; they all have excellent seals
If you're worried about this (if you're storing yours in a decorative, cloth-lined basket, as I do, that you don't want to risk ruining), you could consider placing the individual bottles into zip-lock bags, perhaps. :o)
I’ve had some sprays >5 years and never had one leak. I store all of mine on their sides just because of the way my craft room is. Except my Tattered Angel sprays (yes they have mica). Those I store upright but alway place on side for awhile before I use or shake. Never had one clog yet. Alway clean off the nozzle after each use. That removes mica and keeps tip from clogging.
What about resist spray? How to store those
resist spray can be stored upright but the nozzle need a thorough clean after each use
