Hello, I use 3Ds Max modelling program (about 1700€+VAT per year) to create the basic animations and then other video editing programs for post treatment and converting to suitable format for PowerPoint presentations.

There are multiple programms to visualize vibrations. I recommend to use a .out file of a simple frequency calulation of a small molecule and visualizing the vibration with for example the free version of chemdraft or other free software. If you dont have such an outputfile, feel free to contact me via pm.
