There are a lot of ropey exercises videos on You Tube describing how to use Kinesis and Skillmill. This is the best and simplest for the latter in my opinion, and I own both.
Personally, I would use and do use other equipment for what the accessories would achieve. I think they have a great device here (I own one and it's great for HIIT) but I think they tried to guild the Lily with the accessories for this one.
