@johndoe2883 The 1966 -67 songs have already have an official remix. And last years 1963 -1966 set proves that the rest are on the way. Expect Rubber Soul this year
He was the glue that kept the music grounded, until he became unstuck? You'd have thought the others would have supported him, with his addictions being monitored. Such a shame a great musician.
Ahhhhh, much better. Nicky Hopkin's piano sounds beautiful! Everything to improve this song is spot on. I was 14 when the song came out. Thanks again...................
That's great! The Rolling Stones have a lot that can be improved in terms of sound. Especially in the recordings of the 60s. You do it well like no one else. Please continue!
Nicely done! Glad you put the complete ending with the guitar and strings. The full ending is missing on the stereo version from ABKO, but it has a lead-in of sounds from a soccer or rugby game.
The album this came off is my favourite being Stones doing Beatles Psychedelica 1967 Their Satanic Majesties Request. So many good songs that have taken 50 years to be appreciated. We Love You which was the single released just before this album in 67 is also a standout Stones classic. Thanks Britt
The thing to admire most about your remix attempts, most of which are very good, is that you give a great deal of thought as to what will work and actually serve the song. There is nothing worse than changing the feel of a classic recording in a heavy handed way just to show it can be done. Is Gilles M. paying attention? This truly is an underrated Rolling Stones tune, and you have served it well.
Thank you! I don't know why hard panned lead vocals were used this late in the 60's. I'm glad we can now hear it as it should be! Thanks for the comment and thanks for listening!
Long my favorite Rolling Stones song, you’ve done incredible work here. Truly. On the other hand, the harmony voice jumps too far to the front, maybe? Also, the clarity (amazing) is a very different emotional feel from the rather bizarre original. Again, amazing work. I’m blown away!
@@britt2001b I’m sharing your work with my community of producers and engineers, among them of course are many Beatles lovers. Feedback is very positive I’m glad to say.
Your mixes are amazing. Maybe you can remix "I Don't Want to Spoil the Party" and settle who is actually singing the bottom part in the verses. I believe it's John singing with himself, but many think it's Paul, and some even think George.
Thank you! Whoever it was this is some of the nicest harmonies ever put down on a record! I've had my eyes set on this one for a while. I really want to separate the vocals. This could solve your mystery! But unfortunately, it's not allowed for TH-cam publishing. Perhaps I can produce a segmented sample short that would be allowed. Thanks so much for listening!
Much improved over the original mix with vocals panned hard left. Why they ever thought that was a good idea, I'll never know.....I'm lookin' at you George Martin.....
Thank you! Yes, this never should have happened with songs recorded on multi-track recorders of 4 tracks or above. It was very common in the 60's with pop recordings. Thanks for the comment and listening!
Great job! Any way we can get the same treatment for the Stones song “Dandelion”? (Side note: on both these songs, that’s actually Lennon & McCartney doing the background vocals.) Thanks, and keep up the great work! 👍🏻
I set out to do 'Dandelion' but switched to 'She's A Rainbow' because I saw more opportunity with it. I'm sure I'll return to 'Dandelion' as this is a top favorite of mine. Thanks so much for your kind comment and thanks for listening!
Running out of allowable material from the Fabs! Much of what is allowed just doesn't need a remix from what my ears hear. I've had my eyes set on 'Six O'clock'. Thanks for the suggestions!
Anything with Brian Jones coloring the song deserves a better mixing ,this one with Nicky ,& JPJones orchestrated stuffs,Brian on a mk2 without having most time to get out a correct sound ! No Jones ? No Stones ! Did stop to listen since " let it bleed "!
Wow! Hey there, aside from your wonderful remixes/remasters (sorry, I’m not sure what the difference is?) , your visuals are simply phenomenal! Have you considered designing titles for film or television? ✌🏻
Thank you! No, I have not. I'm comfortably retired. A remix is rearranging the audio elements in a different way, a remaster is improving the audio sonics of the existing mix. Thanks for your comment and listening!
Every Stones song between 1963 - 1967 warrants a remix.
And so for the beatles
@johndoe2883 The 1966 -67 songs have already have an official remix. And last years 1963 -1966 set proves that the rest are on the way. Expect Rubber Soul this year
100%
The most underrated Stones song and one of their best...thanks again!!
Thank you, it's my pleasure!
It’s one of the few bright spots on Satanic Majesty’s Request.....2000 Light Years , Citidal were a couple of others ......
I love the Brian Jones Era
No jones no Stones

My absolute favorite Stones song. Thank you! 😁
Thank you for listening, it's my pleasure!
All the way
My mix thru movie theatre speakers, to film production crew before screenings, had more balls.
I know you must feel the love and great gratitude we have for your art, which is what it is.❤
Thanks so much!
It’s like enchanted fairy’s are dancing across the piano keys......amazing sound reproduction.....and video

Amazing colors. Wish there was footage of Nicky on piano.
Beautiful. John Paul Jones’s arrangement is superb.

Ok. Mind officially blown
Who is this talented Britt!
Now, dreaming of his video of Lady Jane, which Must include The Bow
Thank you! That is indeed where that bow came from, 'Lady Jane' performed on the Ed Sullivan Show. Thanks for watching!
One of their sadly overlooked best finally given a mix it deserves
Thanks sou much and thanks for listening!
Nicky giving a piano lesson and Brian on the mellotron. Love your stuff Britt.

Mick and the band would enjoy this video absolutely brilliant

Always loved this song and was delighted to see it featured in Ted Lasso thus bringing to new generations.

Love the remix. Guitars sound great. Good job!

Excelente video. Muy bien elaborado. Las voces muy claras. Felicidades.
¡Gracias! ¡Me alegra mucho que pienses así! ¡Muchas gracias por escuchar y comentar!

Sublime!
More of Rolling Stones please, "Off the hook", "Everybody needs somebody to love" etc... saludos desde Argentina

Fabulous once again why they put the vocal on one side when they had 4 track then is beyond me .
Thank you! I'm sure no knows or just have forgotten about after all these years. Thanks for your comment and thanks for listening!
Los rolling stones son dos grupos en uno , con Brian Jones y después de Brian Jones un genio q los stones desecharon

The whole catalogue up to 1970 needs remixing as the Beatles and for God's Sake let's hear some out takes from the Decca era.
Please do Tumbling Dice. I think it would sound great.
I can check it out. Thank you.

Taking a break from The Fabs. Cool. Could you do Love In The City by The Turtles or Six o' Clock by The Lovin' Spoonful?
Running out of allowable material from the Fabs! Much of what is allowed just doesn't need a remix from what my ears hear. I've had my eyes set on 'Six O'clock'. Thanks for the suggestions!
Please " We love you " with Lennon McCartney in chorus
Muxwd for transistor radios.
