The Suspect put their photo on someone else’s valid ID card, presumably the person who the Suspect figured out or stole their SSN from. I checks ID’s at a bar, underage college students do this all the time. Some States offer better security measures to identify a fake ID but it can be very difficult to detect even for people who check ID’s for a living.
Isnt it illegal for the property owner to sift through the property of the tenant? Even if he evicted her...he cant just go through her personal property.
