- Hey FOA. I am back from Connecticut. It was a good visit. But I came back to a surprise in my trailer. It was great to see Lamont and Michael.

@@simplymekia1563 I thought the same thing and gave a sigh of relief when I saw him. God is good All the time. A friend told me when we see, get something miraculous, to think of it as "tangible proof of God's blessings". And after 3 strokes, dementia diagnosis, etc. Lamont is certainly proof. ❤️ 🙏

Yes I was thinking about that. Some brown rice would be more healthy. Or even cauliflower rice. They also have low carb pasta. It's great to see him making an effort though. It's a good reminder for me too to be more conscious of what I eat.

I have a suggestion about bread-less burgers, I substitute the bread with lettuce, I do this with my burgers, tacos, etc… try it out, you just might like it!

Anthony try sprouted bread. ALDIs carries a good one that isn’t so expensive. They also carry inexpensive grass fed butter and inexpensive pasture raised eggs.

I have a friend who has had several strokes in a rehab facility such as Lamont and I must go visit him too. What kind of android phone do you have?
I have a Samsung 2021 5G
This phone updates itself whenever it wants to.
Also, I can't send any videos.
I also have other major problems that come and go almost every week with this dumb phone.

Anthony, you can take to slice of l lettuce and use it and place of your bread. My doctor told me that it also good for tacos wrap instead of bread works great for me. Also vegetables pasta is great. Eating healthy is expensive..sending my prayers to Lamont and I’m glad to see he doing better. Also hi to Michael and glad to hear he doing well after the passed of he father. Blessings to all.

Anthony - men who live alone tend to neglect their health, they usually just carry on even if they don't feel well. Take care of yourself, do research (but not too much research!) and give yourself a break sometimes❤❤❤

Hey Anthony. Glad you're back home safely. A suggestion: You can use the Tabitha Brown Sunshine seasoning on your salmon. It will give it an Asian flavor. You can add a little soy sauce and or some of the oyster sauce. Delicious. Eat it with your spinach salad or over some rice. You can also put it on your chicken and do Hawaiian style with some pineapples, bellpeppers, onions over rice. Yummy! Lol....I watch to the end of your videos.
