- Hey FOA. Yesterday was the campground potluck dinner. I’m cooking a pasta dish this time. I had a great time.

Im just here for the comments, dont mind me 😂☕️. They literally saying everything i was thinking watching the video...BUT I LOVE me some Anthony, so yall dont hate on him too bad. Imagine if you shared everyday of your life with thousands. We all have areas we can improve on, Anthony is batting 100 on most everything else!
Lots of rancor in the comments today. I will say this, remember it’s a community here stop the bickering it’s the Lords Day. Second Anthony your channel is amazing you have earned a lot of loyalty viewers but this is in love, tighten up the food handling skills and this can be eliminated going forward. Watch a quick video about food safety when cooking for others. That’s all.., I come from food service so it’s a little but necessary thing to do because when you cook it’s a loving gesture that you would not want people to get sick from. Ok I’m done ❤
Before you get TOO excited go by that space the next time it rains and check out the standing water . You don't want it to be right next to your patio so that when you go to step off the patio, you have to jump over giant puddles.... Also standing water collects mosquitoes.... Also you want to see how long it takes for that water to drain and go away!
Maybe even check with some of the people who have spaces in the area. They should be able to tell him how bad the standing water is and how often it happens.

Standing water is at least a yellow flag, if not a red flag Anthony. Make sure you see the site after a few days of rain!
I was looking at a nice property to buy years ago. There was a pond many yards (?) away. Thursday. It rained a few days, went back Saturday, and whoooooah the pond was now a few feet away from the house 🙄🙄🙄
Anthony you need to get a crock pot and cook your meatballs in over night with the sauce on low then next day add your noodles and cut the crock pot on high and cook until noodles get done real good have fun and stay safe

We love our camper and had the same problem. So we took out the sofa, just a few screws, put it in our storage in case we wanted to sell or trade in our trailer later.
We put in 2 recliners and 2 small tables to eat on. Nothing is more comfortable than a recliner to watch TV in! Just a suggestion. Those sofas a not comfortable at all!

Hey Anthony! If you don’t mind me saying? Even though the meatballs are still pink in the middle, you take them out , then put them in sauce , and let the sauce finish cooking them. They’ll be nice and juicy on the inside ❤❤
That's a great suggestion. I tend to over cook mine sometimes. I've been using the beyond meatballs. I tried this method last time I made them and definitely keeps them more tender n juicy 😊

Hey Anthony, wash you hands more while your cooking, stop licking your fingers and going back to the food you are cooking, taping your fingers on the dish towel is not the same as washing you hands… not to mention the sneeze…not trying to be a sass, just some friendly reminders… safe food hygiene practices.

Valerie, I truly love Anthony but I feel the same way. That’s why I never participate in office dinners or meetings that have food. I call in sick. If it’s a birthday I like to contribute to the gift but I leave. And I’m sure everything tastes great but “no Thank You”. Many people feel the same.

When you sneezed your face should've been pierced into your shirt arm or stuck face inside of shirt. That sneeze was exposed to room. You should've been walking away from food while the sneeze was coming on. Don't continue to stand near food feeling a sneeze or cough is about to come out. Your hands should've been washed immediately and dried with a paper towel.

Hi Anthony! Love your videos, and thanks for inviting us in. And now that we're in, if I were you, I would have cut the heat down to a simmer on the meatballs and placed the lid on top. That way, you seal in the juices. Also, I know you're going to feel some type of way about the clean your hands and sneezing comments. Here's the thing when people say they're watching, believe them! We're all watching good or bad. We love you, though ❤️ 😊
Please Please wash your hands and use gloves when cooking at all times. Never ever lick your hands and touch the food. That's extremely nasty. If you need to sneeze, please step out the room and wash your hands plus use fresh gloves just saying 😊

When dealing with food preparation for other people be sure to always wash your hands as you go. You ate those meatball bits and then sucked your fingers but never washed your hands, instead you wiped them on the towel with the utensils you're using. You also touched the pasta & cheese with those same spitty fingers. Then you sneezed in the area of the food & didn't cover your mouth! Instead of announcing you're about to sneeze, use that time to step away and cover your mouth.

I see all the comments about his cooking techniques for the potluck, but I came to say, it's a campground full of men. Half of them probably do the same thing. That's the chance you take with Potlucks! Eat at your own risk.

There was an Earthquake in New Jersey (about 40 miles outside of NYC) but the shock waves were felt many miles away. I live in upstate NY and I thought my house was falling down. Thank goodness there wasn't much damage or any serious injuries reported. 🙏🏿 I hope all is ok with you after the accident. Get checked out even if you feel ok. You may start having aches later, after your adrenaline and nerves settle.

Next time sprinkle parsley for the color it looks better. Food looks good, but like some of the comments are saying wear gloves when you cooking for potluck. I love meatballs and gravy I have to get some of those meatballs tomorrow.
The pasta look good however I have to agree with some of the other people saying that it was unsanitary that you took make your fingers the crumbs of meat out of the plate put them in your mouth and didn't wash your hands if you're cooking for yourself fine but if you're cooking for other people then definitely keep it sanitary I see that there's a few of your f o a regulars that came to your defense I'm sorry but wrong is wrong wrong and it was unsanitary no matter how you put it I should have kept it's sanitary especially when you're cooking for other people now some of you regulars might come and attack me before speaking my mind and that's fine but after you've seen how he handled the food would you still go to the potluck and eat his dish I know I would not
Nope, that’s the reason why I don’t go or eat at potlucks. You never know! That was nasty to watch. 🤮 If he was cooking for himself fine but that was not alright as he was cooking for a potluck. He has bad habits in the kitchen.

In all honesty, if you watch lots of professional chefs, they don't wear gloves either.A lot of them think that we're in gloves means you wash your hands less.So they touch the food just as much as Anthony did. If you watch any cooking show you never see them washing their hands regularly.
