I don't think they necessarily change their beliefs.. but they just don't have any fixed beliefs to begin with. As an isfj (maybe), I find it so hard to build a Ti opinion and then just stay there. It's like I'm constantly ready to be influenced or look at something through a different lens, which is why it maybe comes off as fake when I agree with two people who are kind of saying contradictory things. Idk I also find it super hard to be sure about any of my opinions. It's almost like I don't trust my Ti.. anyway, good video! I felt "caught" or embarrassed by some points you were making because they were so accurate for me. And as someone who has been trying to figure out what their type is for probably 2-4 years, this video was very helpful. Thanks!
I am not sure if I am ISFJ but I relate to this thing. It's really hard to explain that I am not trying to please people but I can easily see why x and y both are somewhat right or somewhat wrong. I also need a lot of time to think of an explanation of my Ti opinion. Like Ti dominants need time to collect their thoughts and we are talking about a Ti tertiary. That's why in a conflicted situation when immediately I am expected to take a side, it sort of annoys me and then I come off as indecisive or "what do I know better?" 💀
Wow as an isfj this is so much like me!! it’s definitely so hard to open up and reveal myself to other people because I’m scared that they’ll think I’m weird :P Once when I was really stressed I said something unexpected and my friend stared at me and was like “is that how you really feel?” and I freaked out and stayed quiet for the rest of the day
These are the gatekeepers! I find it hilarious at work because my boss puts ISFJs in charge because they will enforce the status quo but then he gets frustrated when they aren't flexible and innovative.. ISFJs are very solid and dependable but yes often don't seem to have a thought of their own and take way too much 'on authority' while being super suspicious of new ideas.
Oh wow! That “Eat, Sleep, Work” rings so true! The ISFJs I know work themselves literally to the point of exhaustion, enjoying a quick meal whenever they can fit it in, and then crash and sleep (needing lots of naps and going to bed early), only to get up and do it all over again. I’ve often wondered (and worried for them) the same thing…”do they really live”?
Can it be that a fear of the future (si) comes from logical ti reason when this logical reason is supported by society (fe) make this type super argumentative about this subject?
I feel this video is more about the bad past experiences of the host than the ISFJ in general. Since they would be too reserved to say it, I want to throw this out here. I think the bias here against "religion" is too apparent and nailed to the ISFJ type in general. And yes I understand these are examples, but it vastly communicates more bias based than actual annoying things about ISFJ's. ISFJ's do have a hard time with being shy and SOMETIMES submissive in general, but that does not just have to do with "religion". These examples just sound way too based on just "religious" biases. I feel so bad the host was brought up in a way The Bible was taught in a physical world context rather than a spiritual context. The meaning and definitions of words have changed over the years. Husband in the Bible does not even mean the same thing it does in our world today. It is a spiritual relationship between man and God. Unfortunately, the way "modern church" is played it is more like the world than actual Scripture which is more allegorical in nature. I mean no disrespect to this channel or the host! I love your channel and your work. I just wanted to point out these few things for consideration.

Wonderful detailed explanation 😊thank you
