So I went and saw ELEMENTAL. Most of the time when I chose one of your piles you end up saying it's your water pile. I'm always like 'no, no, I'm all fire'. So in the movie the water guy acts a certain way and I'm like "Oooo.... I AM like that. 😂

Pile#2 Thank you Lexi 100 % spot on. I was so shocked when came out with two elements and one was water and the other earth. When ever I go into my safe place inside I am in the woods and it damp with drops of water of water dripping off the leaves. There is a stream. The air smells good and feels so clean and fresh .

I just got done peeling back another layer about my ableism and coming to terms with the concept that I'm not "bad" for being autistic, and that autistic people don't function _less well_ than allistic people, but rather don't function well _in an allistic world._ But we thrive in settings that are actually designed with us in mind, the way that the majority of the world is designed towards allistic people. These days i try to focus more on the present moment and what is happening to me right now and not focus on the futur the past or what people think etc i try to really be there and not in my head ane i must say i'm super proud of myself for succeeding bc that's not easy for me 😭❤️ but it's worth it. I feel more align, grounded, and protected, and appreciate more the present without the worries of "yes but tomorrow how am i gonna do?"
